Fogo is a Piri-Piri style sauce inspired by Portuguese gastronomy! It has a very creamy texture, a lemony finish and a just perfect little kick. A hot sauce with the intensity of the world's most potent Piri-Piri, Carolina Reaper! With a fruity flavor of mango and pineapple, this sauce comes with the promise of “setting fire” your favorite dishes and liven up dinners.
Made in Portugal
Based in Algarve, Portugal, Piri-Piri & Co. is a micro-company with a passion for creating innovative products, and a focus to further the true Portugese Piri-PIri sauce. They are pursuing this ambtion through the use of unique local produce and traditional recipes.
It all started in 2011 with Romeu Santos who, motivated by the taste and curiosity of everything spicy, started this true odyssey through the world of pain and pleasure.
On his farm, Quinta do Piri-Piri, he grows some of the most powerful Piri-Piris in the world.
