Based in Albany, NY, Hco (Hot Crispy Oil) began in March 2020 as a family-run restaurant faced with an uncertain future. What started as a small recipe made for friends and family quickly evolved into something much bigger. Driven by a passion to share their unique creation, HCO transformed from a local favorite into a thriving business, offering their signature Hot Crispy Oil alongside other gourmet toppings.
