Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract before the withdrawal period expires.
You may do so by email or post.
To help us process your request quickly, please include the following information:

- Full name
- Address
- Email address used for the order
- Order date
- Delivery date
- Products you wish to return

Model Withdrawal Form
You may use our Model Withdrawal Form to provide the required information for your withdrawal request. The form is optional and is provided to help you ensure all necessary details are included.
Please note: the completed form must still be sent to us by email or post in order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Uncollected or Refused Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us because it was not collected from a parcel shop, delivery point, or because acceptance was refused, we reserve the right to deduct the actual costs incurred for the failed delivery and return shipment from any refund where legally permissible.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests re-delivery of the order.
