It is based on the pulp of the nopal prickly pear cactus and gets its spiciness exclusively from sun-ripened, green habaneros. For use in a cuisine that is not everyday, but still culinary, exotic and characterized by special taste experiences with a somewhat sharper, fruity note.
Goes well with.. Seafood, poultry, omelette, boiled eggs, salads, red meat, guacamole, salsa, special margarita variants and much more.
