Inspired by the cajun cuisine in New Orleans, which is a combination of several culinary techniques such as, French, Spanish and African. This Cajun Spice can be used as a rub in meats and fish to use before grilling/frying and also during the confection of food. Its smoky and intense flavor, works with various types of food such as chicken, potatoes, and legumes.
