This iconic Louisiana-style hot sauce is considered by many in the United States as their favorite "table sauce", with a signature tangy flavor with moderate heat and thin texture, it can be used to bring flavor to an endless number of foods! Use on top of french fries, eggs, and vegetables, or use as an ingredient for flavoring pork, chicken, and seafood. Just a dash can also add a pleasant kick to dressings, soups, chili, your Bloody Mary, or how about a signature Louisiana Jambalaya!

Crystal Hot Sauce was started in 1923 by Alvin Baumer who went to New Orleans after the Civil War in America. Alvin’s future father-in-law gave him a personal loan to buy a sno-ball syrup production company on Tchoupitoulas Street called Mill’s Fruit Products.
Inside a drawer at Mill’s, Alvin stumbled upon a hot sauce recipe labeled Crystal Pure. Turns out, it was a recipe for success. Renamed Baumer Foods, Inc., the company grew quickly and moved to a larger plant on Tulane Avenue in Mid-City, a neighbourhood in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Unclaimed / Returned Parcels
You will receive an original tracking number from Red Hot Foods, which you should reference to track your parcel’s progress.
If the courier is unable to deliver your order directly to your door due to reasons such as no one being home, access issues, or other circumstances, your parcel may be redirected to a nearby parcel shop for collection. If the parcel is redirected to a parcel shop, any further updates will be sent directly to you by the courier, as they will use the email address you provided at checkout to notify you of where and when to pick up your parcel.
Please track and collect your parcel promptly. If it’s returned to us, we reserve the right to charge:

• Reshipping costs (if applicable)
• A restocking fee of €5 or 10% of the order total (whichever is higher) if canceled or not resent
