The story begins in 1960 when founder Don Manuel Maciel Mendez introduced the Tamazula brand and quickly started to spread throughout Mexico. Such was the acceptance of this flavor that shortly after the company brought Salsa Valentina hot sauce to the market.
Tamazula and Valentina products are made with the finest ingredients. The factory is located in Guadalajara, Mexico.

You will receive an original tracking number from Red Hot Foods, which you should reference to track your parcel’s progress.
If the courier is unable to deliver your order directly to your door due to reasons such as no one being home, access issues, or other circumstances, your parcel may be redirected to a nearby parcel shop for collection. If the parcel is redirected to a parcel shop, any further updates will be sent directly to you by the courier, as they will use the email address you provided at checkout to notify you of where and when to pick up your parcel.
Please track and collect your parcel promptly. If it’s returned to us, we reserve the right to charge:

• Reshipping costs (if applicable)
• A restocking fee of €5 or 10% of the order total (whichever is higher) if canceled or not resent
