Traditionally, queso is a warm, creamy sauce made with melted cheese, chili peppers, and spices, served with tortilla chips or drizzled over nachos.
Chef Maxime has reimagined this iconic flavor into a rich, pourable hot sauce without using any cheese at all. The secret? Nutritional yeast—a favorite among plant-based cooks for its naturally cheesy, umami-packed flavor and B vitamins. After three years of recipe testing, the result is a surprisingly creamy, deeply flavorful hot sauce that brings the essence of queso—with a kick.
Try it:

If the courier is unable to deliver your order directly to your door due to reasons such as no one being home, access issues, or other circumstances, your parcel may be redirected to a nearby parcel shop for collection. If the parcel is redirected to a parcel shop, any further updates will be sent directly to you by the courier, as they will use the email address you provided at checkout to notify you of where and when to pick up your parcel.
Please track and collect your parcel promptly. If it’s returned to us, we reserve the right to charge:

• Reshipping costs (if applicable)
• A restocking fee of €5 or 10% of the order total (whichever is higher) if canceled or not resent
