Unclaimed / Returned Parcels
You will receive an original tracking number from Red Hot Foods, which you should reference to track your parcel’s progress.
If the courier is unable to deliver your order directly to your door due to reasons such as no one being home, access issues, or other circumstances, your parcel may be redirected to a nearby parcel shop for collection. If the parcel is redirected to a parcel shop, any further updates will be sent directly to you by the courier, as they will use the email address you provided at checkout to notify you of where and when to pick up your parcel.
Please track and collect your parcel promptly. If it’s returned to us, we reserve the right to charge:

• Reshipping costs (if applicable)
• A restocking fee of €5 or 10% of the order total (whichever is higher) if canceled or not resent
