Chili de pollería is a sauce that is as popular in Peru as the dish it accompanies, grilled chicken. So delicious and addictive that it goes with everything, chicken as the name suggests, french fries, hamburgers, meat and more. It's so popular that we could almost consider it Peruvian ketchup. Made from yellow chili pepper and the special touch of huacatay, a Peruvian herb with a very particular intense aroma and flavor. Made with 100% natural products without additives or preservatives, and without artificial flavors. Gluten-free and suitable for vegans.
