In Italian, stuzzicare means to stimulate, to excite, to tease. Stuzzi brings that spirit to every drop: a hot sauce designed for people who know and love good food. Based in New York and produced in Italy with care, Stuzzi combines tradition and craft in every bottle.
Only three ingredients: chilies, distilled vinegar, and salt, and nothing else. No preservatives, sweeteners, artificial colors, or thickeners. Stuzzi’s depth comes from careful technique: Calabrian peppers slowly dried in the shade for 1–2 months to preserve delicate earthiness, and fresh cayenne peppers fermented to add a subtle umami richness with a bright, lively note. The result is heat with dimension, complex, layered, and nuanced.
Try it with: Brush over grilled meats or roasted vegetables. Drizzle over seafood or fold into a silky pasta with butter and lemon. From eggs to tacos, BBQ, and more — great on anything that could use a little extra kick.

Stuzzi is the creation of a passionate team united by a love of exceptional food and drink. Based in Brooklyn, New York, the company brings together culinary professionals and flavor-makers who share a commitment to quality and authentic flavors.
The journey began in 2020 when Carla and Richard Betts, seasoned wine and spirits professionals, embarked on a road trip across the Alps. Their adventure led them to Restaurant Klösterle in Lech, Austria, where they met chefs Ethel Hoon and Jakob Zeller. That meeting sparked a collaboration that would become Stuzzi — a hot sauce built on craft, flavor, and culinary passion.
The name “Stuzzi” comes from the Italian word stuzzicare, meaning to stimulate, to excite, to tease. True to its name, Stuzzi is made with a blend of fresh and dried peppers, distilled vinegar, and salt - no preservatives, sweeteners, or artificial colors. Calabrian peppers are slowly dried in the shade to preserve their delicate earthiness, while fresh cayenne peppers are fermented to add a subtle umami richness with a bright, lively note.

Unclaimed / Returned Parcels
You will receive an original tracking number from Red Hot Foods, which you should reference to track your parcel’s progress.
If the courier is unable to deliver your order directly to your door due to reasons such as no one being home, access issues, or other circumstances, your parcel may be redirected to a nearby parcel shop for collection. If the parcel is redirected to a parcel shop, any further updates will be sent directly to you by the courier, as they will use the email address you provided at checkout to notify you of where and when to pick up your parcel.
Please track and collect your parcel promptly. If it’s returned to us, we reserve the right to charge:

• Reshipping costs (if applicable)
• A restocking fee of €5 or 10% of the order total (whichever is higher) if canceled or not resent
