Umami salt – but vegan? It's possible! Nori seaweed and shiitake mushrooms paired with Thuringian rock salt combine to create a veritable umami taste explosion, so you won't miss the bonito at all. Our vegan umami salt can be used absolutely universally. Spread the bread, cucumber slices on top, a pinch of umami salt on top, enjoy.
