• Everyday Free shipping on orders over €65
• Shipping costs for orders under threshold
• Small Packages up to 1,5kg - €4,95 (to home)
• Medium Packages up to 2kg - €5,65 (to home)
• Large Packages up to 5kg - €7,15 (to home)

Processing Times

• In Germany we use DHL, DPD and Hermes to ship to customers
• Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours between Monday and Friday
• Delivery runtimes are between 1-2 working days. During the busy holiday season (November to December) runtimes will be longer, between 2-4 working days.
• In cases of delays our customer service team will do their best to inform you
• In cases of non-availability of the ordered goods, we reserve the right not to deliver. In such a case, we will inform you immediately and refund any payment already received.
