Guérande fleur de sel is composed of naturally white crystals formed on the surface of salt marshes. It is harvested by hand when specific weather conditions (wind, temperature, atmospheric pressure...) are met, which makes it a rare and sought-after product.
Why we love it: We like to impress, and you'll look like a pro finishing your dishes with a salt sprinkle (maybe Salt Bae style?). Seriously delicious with a great steak, grilled vegetables, or any dish you you would like to add salt to prior to eating. A little will go a long way!
