Processing & Carriers

• Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).

• We ship with DHL, DPD, and Hermes.

• Estimated delivery times:

Germany: 2–3 working days (Nov–Dec: 2–4 working days)

EU Zones & Switzerland: 3–8 working days (Nov–Dec: 5–10 working days)

If an item is out of stock, we reserve the right not to ship. You’ll be informed immediately and refunded.

Tracking & Parcel Shops

• You’ll receive a tracking number from Red Hot Foods to follow your parcel.

• If delivery to your door isn’t possible, the courier may redirect your parcel to a nearby parcel shop.

• Updates and collection details will be sent directly by the courier to the email address provided at checkout.

Unclaimed / Returned Parcels

You will receive an original tracking number from Red Hot Foods, which you should reference to track your parcel’s progress.

If the courier is unable to deliver your order directly to your door due to reasons such as no one being home, access issues, or other circumstances, your parcel may be redirected to a nearby parcel shop for collection. If the parcel is redirected to a parcel shop, any further updates will be sent directly to you by the courier, as they will use the email address you provided at checkout to notify you of where and when to pick up your parcel.

Please track and collect your parcel promptly. If it’s returned to us, we reserve the right to charge:

• Original shipping

• Return shipping

• Reshipping costs (if applicable)

• A restocking fee of €5 or 10% of the order total (whichever is higher) if canceled or not resent

We don’t like adding fees, but unclaimed parcels create real costs — thank you for your understanding!
