Give boring vegetables a surprising twist with Habibi Veggie. Really, you can't get enough of it. The taste? Ginger and paprika powder provide a slightly sweet and at the same time spicy, sharp taste. The coarse structure of the onion chips, cumin and chili give the vegetables a nice crispy bite and also ensure that your dish looks beautiful. But the real bonus is of course that you can put a healthy, tasty dish on the table without any fuss.
HERBS FOR VEGETABLES
Natural, tasty and easy recipe: Sprinkle the veggie topping over your cauliflower, leek, carrot, pepper or other vegetables together with a dash of oil. Then place them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes and turn them halfway through.
Variation tip: mix the spice mixes with oil and sprinkle over asparagus, tomatoes or aubergines from the BBQ or serve as a dip with raw vegetables.
