Thai BBQ Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Light, fresh, and packed with bold Thai-inspired flavors, these Thai BBQ Chicken Lettuce Wraps are an easy and delicious way to enjoy Kinder’s Thai BBQ Sauce. The sauce’s sweet and slightly spicy notes pair perfectly with chicken, crisp lettuce cups, and fresh toppings. Serve them as an appetizer or a light meal—either way, they’ll be a hit!

Ingredients (Serves 4)
For the Filling:
• 500g chopped chicken breast (or ground chicken)
• 1 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame)
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
• ½ cup Kinder’s Thai BBQ Sauce
• 1 small carrot, shredded
• 2 green onions, thinly sliced
• ½ cup cashews, chopped (optional, for crunch)

For Serving:
• 1 head butter lettuce or romaine (separated into cups)
• 1 tbsp sesame seeds
• ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1 lime, cut into wedges
• Crushed peanuts or cashews (optional, for extra crunch)
Instructions
1. Cook the Chicken
• Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
• Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
• Add chicken and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until fully cooked (about 5–7 minutes).
2. Add the Sauce & Veggies
• Stir in Kinder’s Thai BBQ Sauce.
• Cook for 2 more minutes, letting the flavors meld.
• Stir in shredded carrot and green onions (along with cashews or any other toppings)
3. Assemble the Lettuce Wraps
• Spoon the warm chicken mixture into lettuce cups.
• Garnish with sesame seeds, chopped cilantro, and crushed nuts.
• Serve with lime wedges on the side.
