This simple sauce, made from just four Northern California ingredients plus Sea Salt, is the same organic sauce that is used in the New York Style pizzas at the famous Pheonix Arizona restaurant Pizzeria Bianco's; it is available in a ready to go pouch to help you craft your homemade pizza.
Bianco DiNapoli is an organic line of tomato products coming from the famed American Chef Chris Bianco, James Beard Award-winning chef and restaurateur. He is considered the driving force in the artisanal pizza movement since he started making pizza for customers in 1988! From his love of high-quality ingredients, Bianco DiNapoli was born. With his partner, they developed a line-up of organic products that are perfect for chefs, both in the restaurant and at home.
Chris Bianco was the focus of the first of six episodes in the 2022 season of Chef’s Table, a documentary-style show that focuses on the beauty and complexity of chefs and the food they create. Check it out on Netflix!
